CKC technology (Fine adjustment system for ice-cream consistency) in our machines provides the most suitable adjustment for ice-cream consistency by controlling the refrigeration systems. Due to the possibility to program CKC easily, the products, having various service coldness such as frozen yogurt, ice-cream and syrup, are produced in an optimum way.
